We work around your calendar! Spring, fall or both! No forms to fill out beyond a short scheduling email.
2. We bring the studio to you
Two backdrops options, lighting, and everything needed to execute the perfect picture day. We flex to your space: gym, library, or classroom.
3. Students have their portraits taken
We take the time to get kids laughing and comfortable in front of the camera, so what we capture is a real smile, not a forced one , the kind parents want on their wall for years.
4. Families Order Online
Every parent gets a private online gallery to view their child's actual photos before spending a dime.
5. You're Finished!
We handle ordering, payment, printing, and delivery directly with families. Nothing lands on your desk (besides your yearbook files!).

How do we book a Picture Day session?
Reach out through our contact form or email us directly, we'll respond within 48 hours with program details and available dates.
How much staff or teacher time does this take?
Very little. We handle setup, teardown, and the photo schedule in advance. Most schools just need a staff member to help move classes through in an order they're already used to, the same way picture day has always worked, just faster and less chaotic.
Are photos and student information kept private?
Each family's gallery is private and password-protected, viewable only by that family. We never publish student photos publicly or share contact information with third parties.
How do parents view and order their photos?
Everything happens online. Each family receives a private gallery link to view their child's photos before ordering. They choose exactly what they want, packages or à la carte.
How long until families can order, and when do they receive prints?
Galleries typically go live within 3 to 4 weeks of the session. Digital images are available immediately upon purchase, and printed products ship within 2–3 weeks.
What are the packages and pricing for families?
We offer a range of packages, from single digital images to full print collections, so every family can find something in their budget. We'll share the current pricing guide with your office to pass along if helpful.
